ColophonThe cover design of Travelers' Tales Thailand is by Edie Freedman; cover photograph by Michael Buckley. The cover art was created in QuarkXPress 3.1 and Photoshop. The travel stamps were created in Aldus Freehand 3.1 and Adobe Photoshop 2.5. The stamp illustrations were created by Edie Freedman and David White, with some help from the Dover Pictorial Archive. Interior design is by Jennifer Niederst. The pages were produced by Linda Helfet of Design News and Jennifer Niederst using QuarkXPress 3.1 in a Macintosh environment. The fonts are Adobe Birch and Weiss. Jeff Robbins created the Weiss Bold Italic and Birch Italic fonts using Fontographer software and Adobe original fonts. The illustrations are by David White; maps by Deborah Perugi. The Thai script was provided by Susan Fulop Kepner (who also wrote the story "Mein Gott, Miss Siripan"). Patti Polisar provided photo research (for illustration source material) and proofreading. This book is bound with RepKover, a lay-flat binding. The cover photograph was taken by Michael Buckley. Wandering monks sit under the shade of their umbrella tents. These monks are on a pilgrimage to Pra Puttabat, which has a pavilion that houses a sacred footprint of Buddha.
