TWA Miles
Dear Penny Pincher,
I have a large number of frequent flyer miles with TWA. Is there any way that I can recover these since their bankruptcy?

Hi Pat,
I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. However, American Airlines, who purchased TWA, allowed account holders to transfer miles for the first 18 months after the TWA sale. The 18 month period ended on June 30, 2003.
