Hi Jean,

Most airlines do not have a formal reduced fare policy for adoption travelers. However, it is common for gate agents to upgrade travelers who are traveling for this purpose. I suggest that you mention to the gate agent the purpose of your trip and ask if an upgrade is available. Most agents are sympathetic to this cause and will offer an upgrade if available.
