Dear Tatiana,

From Latvia, you can bring into Britain 200 cigarettes, duty-free, and up to 110 liters of beer, 90 liters of wine, and 10 liters of hard liquor. If customs officials suspect you are bringing in alcohol or tobacco for commercial purposes, they will stop you and probably question you.
