No Going Back To Coach

Dear Joel,

I enjoyed the book and saw your TV appearance (I was watching it while making travel arrangements). So I’m writing to tell you that after getting bumped to business class in Air France in Paris last year there's no going back to coach.

This year I tried everything I could (and was successful) to get a confirmed business class upgrade on Air France to Paris (using Delta miles accumulated through credit card purchases).

In Sharm el-Sheikh, after talking to the hotel’s guest relations officer I was upgraded to a fabulous suite.
