Ticket from Grandma

How can I transfer my Delta Skymiles to my grandson who is in the US Marines? He wants to make a trip home.

You cannot transfer your miles, but you can redeem your miles for a ticket in his name. I am sure your grandson will appreciate this gesture very much.
