Loyal Success
Joel,
I appreciate your response and advice. I do understand that normally it would not be desirable to spend the cost of a paid first or upper class ticket, but the overriding lesson that I derive from your book is the importance of establishing a track record of loyalty that may then be leveraged to advantage, and that is what I think I am doing on this occasion.
Thanks and best regards,
Graham Walker
