College Credit Card
Hi,
I am a recent college graduate looking to acquire a card for air miles. This is almost solely for the miles, so I'd like a card that gives the most miles and perhaps has double/triple point capability. I am also fixing up my credit (so the American card is a no go). Should I be overly concerned about APR's or should I just get one and let it (the credit/miles amount) build gradually?

Hi Al,
Of course you want to get the best APR possible, but as you noted that can be hard when you’re first starting to build credit. I recommend that you log onto www.bankrate.com, and click on the credit card link to find out everything you need to know about credit cards and who will offer you one that fits your situation.
A word of caution, do not apply for too many cards because each time you apply your credit score will be reduced, making it harder to get credit.
