Denial
Dear Joel,
I just read your article and I want you to know that I had a terrible experience at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna. I had gone there to check out the hotel for my sister's wedding without calling anyone first. I stopped by their lounge for a glass of wine, the glass was very dirty and I asked the waiter to change it. I got a very bad attitude and the second glass was not better than the first. Without dining I paid for the wine and never went back.
Thank you for telling the world about the inexcusable bad service and attitude of this hotel.
Best Regards,
Faye

Hi Faye
Thanks for your message. For the life of me, I cannot understand why this hotel persists in offering poor service. I have talked to them about it and they state that all their guests rave about how great they are. Denial can be quite a problem. I guess when they slide into the Pacific they will get a clue. :)
Thanks for your readership.
