KLM/Air France

Dear Joel,

I have earned many air miles with KLM / Air France.

What is the best way to spend them?

I travel frequently to China on company business, and am simply getting more and more miles.

Do you loose entitlements after a time?

Hi Michael,

As long as you have activity at least once every three years you won't lose your miles.

I would suggest using your miles for first class upgrades. China is a long distance and a bit more room sure does help.
