Travel to Europe
I usually travel to Europe every year, or at least once every two years, and I am finding it impossible to obtain frequent flyer upgrades this year. I am wiling to pay the "full cost coach" to upgrade and haven't been able despite traveling in late September on two different airlines.
I would like to know if you have found that, as indicated at the conference, the availability has increased.
Thank you for your kind attention.

I have had success but have had to be very flexible. There is a nifty program called www.expertflyer.com that can help you with your search. You can sign up for a 5 day trial to make free searches.
My best,
