Missing credit card points
I'm a frequent flyer with USAirways. I recently applied for, received and
used a Bank of America USAirways credit card. (In Jan. I should have
received 20,000 points).
Unfortunately, none of my points have posted, with each company saying it is
the other company's fault.
I have confirmed with both that my frequently flyer number is correct.
What do you suggest?
Beth

Greetings,
Sometimes it takes up to two billing cycles after your first purchase for your miles to post. I would monitor the account and keep after the credit card company as they need to request the miles from the airline.
My best,
