From their first book on Thailand in 1993 (which included two of my stories), Travelers' Tales was on to something unique and amazing. While other guide-type books might be compared to x-rays, the Travelers' Tales series takes readers much deeper — on "Fantastic Voyages" through the living, pulsing circulatory systems of other lands and cultures.

In November 2002 Travelers' Tales Tibet will be released, featuring an excerpt from "Size of the World." There are about seventy other TT titles in print already — books focusing on Mexico and Australia, Love, Food, and Pilgrimage. My work appears in many of these editions, along with stories by some of the best travel writers in the world. It's a great idea, well executed — check these books out.
