Marybeth Bond is the award-winning author/editor of five women’s travel books in the Travelers’ Tales series. She was the travel expert for CBS Evening Magazine, and has been a featured guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Her travel articles have been published worldwide in magazines such as Islands andShape, and in newspapers such as the San Francisco Examiner and Kuala Lumpur Star. Marybeth has hiked, cycled, climbed, dived, and kayaked her way through six continents and more than seventy countries around the world. She lives in Northern California with her husband, two children, and a dog.
